What is Pregnancy Yoga?

Pregnancy yoga classes are provided in a safe, nurturing environment by a teacher who has trained in teaching yoga to pregnant women. Whilst the aim of the course is for mummies to practise yoga techniques - poses and breathing exercises to embrace the changes in your bodies, it will provide you with a social network of other mummies in your local area. Each class will end with a restorative relaxation which will provide you with a space to relax both your body and mind and enhance the bond between you and your growing baby. The sessions are a gentle variation of yoga and are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant through until baby's arrival.

Practising yoga during pregnancy can:

Courses

Sessions are held at March Podiatry Practice, High Street, March. PE15 9JJ                                      

Thursday evenings 6 ~ 8pm.


Please come comfortably dressed with clothes that do not restrict your movement. Classes are conducted in either socks or bare feet ~ trainers not required.

Mats, cushions and throws will be provided although please feel free to bring your own.


Water is available throughout and other refreshments (including biscuits!) will be available at the end.

Courses can be purchased in blocks of 6 for £48. Close to your due date, individual sessions can be purchased for £8 each. Contact me to discuss your requirements.
